You legit believe in an upcoming crash? Hold some t-bills, you will have liquidity when everyone else is scrambling for credit. Learn to work p/e ratios.
The last decade has put an unreasonable importance on future growth at all costs. As it became more common place a high p/e could almost guarantee high returns. Only in the last few months has the smart money decided stocks are overvalued and over bought. Retail investors/401ks are keeping the party going for now. When market fundamentals/common sense take hold again a massive correction will occur and the bears will be in charge for a long time. I transferred the majority of my portfolio to precious metal miners last winter and it has paid off wonderfully since April. Lots of consolidation in the industry.
