You have made a terrible mistake. You are assuming the problem results from malice. But the most common cause of problems is incompetence.

The two most common things in the universe are hydrogen and stupidity.

The problem is I tend to not be called into interviews.

This cannot be because of politics. If you are in the U.S., the job market is hot enough that you should be getting interviews, even if they regularly turn you down.

There is a good chance a computer is automatically rejecting you for bizarre reasons. I heard about a guy who went years without any interest because his email program was automatically deleting his attached resume. Maybe some sort of virus scanner bullshit.

Here's what you should do:

  1. Find six small companies where you could do a good job.
  2. Make an appointment to visit the company president.
  3. Tell them "I need your help. There is some sort of mistaken identity going on. I'm on some sort of watch list. No one will even give me a interview. Would you please help a guy out? I'm not asking for a job. I'm asking you to put my application into the system and tell me why other companies think I am radioactive."

Another idea: hire a private investigator to dig up dirt on yourself.

Another idea: Conduct a scientific experiment. Make up a bunch of fake identities. Each identity is different from you in one way. One has a different first name but everything else the same. One hasa different family name but everything else the same. Different education. Different address. Different age. Different race.
