I've been passed over for too many jobs due to affirmative action, female preference, discrimination against my heavily ethnic sounding name (I'm white though), and a bunch of other shit. I get furious seeing incompetent, clueless females in high-paying job titles I should be in. My credentials are good and I'm well-spoken, clean and educated, but I cannot get a job for the life of me as a college graduate. The problem is I tend to not be called into interviews.
So I'm going to forge fake experience and fake references. Nothing illegal, like impersonating a doctor. It's mostly to enter into office jobs. But it's going to be ultra deceptive and elaborate, with a fake CEO writing me a reference. There's also going to be traces of a fake company online to throw them off. Normally I would never do this. But if the other side is rigging the job market, then I also have the right to play dirty I'd say. The best part is none of it's illegal and I can't be sued, so long as I perform competently after I get the job.

I agree. Just be honest. No disrespect but you could pick a male dominated field.
