Roe v Wade states the conditions needed to abolish abortions (2nd and 4th "Whereas")


I think one of the best things to do is meet the conditions so that it doesn't go back to the courts or, if it does, it's an open and shut case.

Not only that, but if Roe v Wade is overturned, it becomes a states rights issue.
