Anyone who was born in a country and isn't allowed to vote for its government should be exempt from the rules made by that government. Exclude whoever you want but if they're not part of the process they're not part of the outcome.
"felon" is so arbitary that I cannot support the loss of voting rights for felons. We're all only one bolshevik hate speech law or one bad-attitude bent cop away from being felons ourselves.
kids should be their parents responsibility until they're either 21 or fully self-supporting, they can try to influence how their parents vote until they're developed enough to have their own vote, so they're still part of the process.
