Tuesdays and Thursdays are my cardio days, and weather permitting I mountain bike as my cardio. Brewing just doesn't get done as much as I'd like for it too

I love to mtn bike for cardio, but it's just not efficient! I need like an hr or 2 ride for what a 15-20 min run gives me!! I ALWAYS prefer biking though!!

That might be true, but for me I'll actually go biking. I'm a lot more likely to skip cardio day if it's running or any type of cardio machine.
