No.

The most significant greenhouse gas on earth is Water Vapor. It absolutely dwarfs CO2 and all other greenhouse gasses.

Also, the Sun is the #1 factor, ultimately, but the AGW argument centers around greenhouse gasses, so I won't go into that.

At the end of the day, the climate has been changing since the Earth came into existence and, obviously, long before the industrial revolution. The global temperature will continue to fluctuate even if we went back to the stone age, technology-wise.
