I always have felt like I don't eat very healthy because I literally just eat whatever I want but I'm starting to think my diet is probably much healthier than the average person's none the less. I eat maybe 60-80g of sugar per day at most. I eat a lot of carbs but I absolutely need them for fuel. I also take protein powder, a green supplement and multivitamins so I think I'm getting all the nutrients I need.

I only drink milk, water, and protein shakes.
For food a lot of meat and cheese to get enough protein and calories. A lot of peanut butter. I eat fruit and vegetables every day too.
I enjoy what I eat. I cannot imagine eating packages of Oreos, bags of chips and liters of soda/pop every day. That seems very gross to me
