In the hypothetical scenario that we were aware of exactly when an EMP was going to wipe our access to the internet, ability to communicate, access to electronically stored data was destroyed.
What content would you take the time to print a physical copy of, to navigate that new world?
An example for me, would be my copy of
"Edible Wild Plants: A North American Field Guide to Over 200 Natural Foods"
Sort: Top

Already prepared for an EMP. Just make a run on the library if that happens. So far as I know, nobody but me (Edit: and God) can generate enough power to make practical/possible EMP for a large area.

That's a brilliant idea. Go grab a bunch of how to books, never have to check them in because the systems will be toast like everything else.

are you expecting an EMP that disables all of the internet worldwide? a pulse of this magnitude would even burn the book you printed, and would melt the heads off of people. it would cause a lot of fires worldwide and more of the unexpected shit.

It was more the idea of.. If you couldn't access anything online, and had the chance beforehand to convert a bunch of stuff to paper copy, what would you prioritize?

I would obviously definitely close my bank account and take the money out. I have tons of books but the defense of physical things like the library would be key. Get more food and ammo to withstand the mobs before normalcy returns to the new world.

Nude photos for trading purposes, printed in HD. When things get settled and calmed down, these will be worth their weight in gold. Nude magazines lost prominence with the advent of the interwebs.
