All the time when I was a kid. Dinosaurs, aliens, the Millennium Falcon, foxes, my relatives...

As for not possible, I know that a couple times I died and the dream reset kind of, in a different setting, although I'd still have residual fear.

Glad to know I am not the only one who has died from a Dinosaur, I dreamed about a trex last night and raptors did not die. Ended up going full Deus Ex at the end. 10/10 would dream again

I die and respawn a lot. Sometimes I do wake up, but usually I die and the dream kind of resets and repeats. I get crushed by rvs, trucks and cars. I fall of cliffs and hit the ground. I also get eaten by or trampled by animals.

How does one die at the hands of the Millennium Falcon?

It crashed into me. I think I remember Han and chewie laughing at me.

Yes, I die all the time. Those are the dreams I find easiest to remember. Most of the time when I die I do wake up. Just 2 nights ago I was shot in the leg and chest. Hurt like a bitch, too, but I woke up as soon as I fell over

When I was younger, I died frequently in my dreams. The dreams were often set in a large house or office building. Some type of aggressor would break in while I tried to find the best makeshift weapons and hiding spots for my family/friends in a short amount of time. I vividly remember the feeling when I was spotted and had to attack/run. I was always killed, but just like the video games which I played, I respawned to do the same thing over again, many times, having a more intimate knowledge about the environment each time.

Morbid, but kind of fun.

No, but I did get stung a bunch by a massive bee in my last dream. Rolled out of bed and hit the floor then spent the next 30 seconds completely convinced that there actually was a massive bee in my bedroom.

I tend to drown a lot in my dreams. I'm often trapped under water and eventually end up breathing it in and feel like I've drowned myself and I"m just a floating corpse. Scary stuff sometimes.

Does the dream continue after you start to breath in water? Or is that the end of it?

I have had a few, dreams like that. Every one I can remember I woke up.

I don't recall ever actually dying. I've been shot and stabbed many times in my dreams, but always at the pivotal moment of likely death the dream would either shift to something less threatening or I would wake up.

Yes. Sometimes I switch to another dream afterwards. Sometimes there is an afterlife, and usually it's disappointing. One time I had to come back and be Buffy the Vampire Slayer....
