That decision seems so easy to make when you drop out, it's years later that you realize how far behind you are. I dropped out when I was 19, next thing I knew I was almost 30 and struggling. Better now but damn, a college degree would have made job hunting easier.

Also, yes I understand it isn't an easy pass but jobs I am qualified for I did not get just because of a piece of paper.

I have a good job now, good pay and benefits but when I was looking I saw multiple job postings requiring a college degree. Most I didn't apply to and the ones I did, didn't call me for an interview. My job experience is solid though, if I had the degree I might have gotten more callbacks or I might not have. It might be debatable but my experience shows it would at least have opened a few more possibilities. Shrug, just my experience.
