No, they were interested in OUR history (aka Germanic paganism).

The only reason they feigned being pro-Christian was to not upset the masses, Christianity being a sheepish religion is very useful to those in power, and prevent infighting.

Hitler and associates plans were to gradually push Germanic paganism back into the society to replace Christianity. The Christians then weren’t friendly to any views expressed at the time, same as today.

Im not from Germany, but look into Hitler’s personal conversations. I had a meme, but deleted it, of him talking about him admiring the Japanese “pagans” over those who worship the Jewish god which was sourced from a personal conversation
