Really good thanks, you? I'm hitting the gym 3 times a week these days, gaining strength all over, eating lots of steak and eggs to recover faster. Feels great.

Set yourself a goal, any goal attainable within a month. Put it into a post on v/fitness along with a plan on how to achieve it. Then in a months time, write down whether you succeeded or failed along with how or why.

And set goals you can control. Don't shoot for things like lifting x number of pounds by the end of the month. Set goals like I will train strength x number of times this month. Consistency beats intensity.

Soon to be better. Most of my exercise lately has been taking care of the house after my wife's accident. Working 10-12 hours at my job while also doing everything around the house that involves standing or carrying, helping her get into and out of the shower and dressed for the first few weeks, and the yardwork means no time to breath most days and way too tired to work out at all. She should be back to at least 75% soon though so I can start back. And on top of it her need for physical therapy without being financially raped by the medical system means she needs to visit the gym even more than I do. The family that works out together stays motivated.

Are you allowed to zero scape or mulch your yard? My city has free mulch and or cheap double fine mulch.. fuck mowing a lawn saves money water and time.. just suggesting becsuse it sounds like you could use the extra time and money.. very unlikely but if you are in san antonio ibwould come help its my line of work anyways.

I lost 25lbs in 3 months total, most of it in stints of 4-5lbs at a time over a few days and I didn't work out at all. Hell for much of time I was sitting in front of my computer on my ass. Intermittent fasting for the win and water fasting... What you eat is 90% of the battle, exercise 10%.
