Caffeine is the one thing I can say I'm truly addicted to.

I was going to say coffee. But yes.

Man, so many drinks have caffeine, it's actually really difficult to get off it. I had to because I was really sensitive to caffeine when I was still adjusting to my medication.

This is a great response. People are always looking for that special secret, when what they need is to use what they have better. Plenty of water, and plenty of air, do wonders for focus and for dealing with feeling tired.

It astounds me to see these "water challenges" on facebook. If a person needs a challenge to drink water, what are they normally drinking.

This is just my personal issue, so I'm not too sure about others. I honestly just don't get thirsty because a lot of my diet consists of fruit and vegetables. If I'm not doing something active and it's not hot out, I can easily go a day or two without getting thirsty at all. I use water challenges just to remind myself to drink more because it's not healthy.

I try and drink 3 litres minimum per day. Helps me keep active and hydrated.

Jesus, I think that might be a bit too much. Water intake doesn't need to be 8 glasses or whatever unless you live in an exceptionally hot climate. We say stuff like that in Australia so people don't die of heatstroke, but honestly, in other months, you can just drink what you feel is right.

Adderall. It helps me with everything except my Adderall addiction.

The only problem with taking adderall is everyone else not also on adderall. They just aren't interested in hearing my unified theory of technical analysis for stock market investing. Fools! I guess calculus is only entertaining with a healthy dose of d-amphetamine salts.

Dear God, if there was such a thing as a Miracle Drug, Adderall would be it.

Haha, seeing as in all of human history it was legal besides the past 70 years, it was a time to be alive when the insanity of banning plants was a reality lol.

I'll take it as an edible but I won't smoke it anymore. It's a very weird psychological thing.

I love edibles however they take way too long to kick in sometimes so I'll still smoke. They also last an absurdly long time. I had like 60% of cheeba chew decadose last night and I was still feeling in it in the morning; I havent felt that since I first started smoking.

Nootropics, mainly fish oil and Adrafinil. Only take the adrafinil when I know I'm going to need 100% focus, but wow that stuff is no joke.

Edit: also take alpha-GCP and a cup of coffee with the adrafinil to get rid of the possibility for any headaches.

Where do you find Adrafanil? I have ADHD and am looking for a substitute for Adderall.

Any recommended supplier for Adrafinil? I know it's not regulated in the states but it's not showing up on Amazon or Ebay.

Could you provide more info on Adrafinil? What does it do and how intense is it compared to other substances in the same category?

[–] Mandog 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adrafinil When I take it I become extremely awake and alert. I have extreme focus that fades throughout the day. I only take it in the morning as taking it any other time tends to keep me up all night. Also the first time you take it you probably wont sleep much that night. A word of caution it does cause liver damage, from what I've heard about the amount of a dose(or several?) of acetaminophen would, so not much but it shouldn't be taken everyday for long periods of time. It definitely works though, really amazed that more people dont take it. If I had to compare it to other substances I would say Adderal without the jitters and restlessness.

Nicotine through vaping (quit a 20 year smoking habit), caffeine, Jack Daniels (not every day).

Congrats on quitting! I quit a ten year habit two years ago with vaping. I'm down to 1.5 mg nicotine and I'm trying sooooo hard to get to 0, but it is a hurdle I'm not sure I'm ready for yet. How's it going for you?
