My employer uses Telogis? {not sure on the spelling} We used to put aluminum foil over the windshield mounted transceiver. It made it look like were all over the place. Now the transceiver is internal :(

You need a GPS jammer that is VERY low power and just place it next to the antenna. It could be so low power that it doesn't affect a GPS device 5 feet away.
