I once ripped a hollow tooth of of my head st 7am with a pair of pliers after a liter of vodka because it hurt so bad.

Sounds like your real problem is that you make bad decisions and ignore the consequences until they have gone from bad to catastrophic.

No, bad tooth gone is good. That shit can kill you. I went to a dentures guy and had a tooth removed, no novacaine or anything and it was my worst pain, best choice. Squats, lunges, Superman, and leg lifts to strengthen the bAck and lengthen ligament will give you releif from the back pain. Lots of stretching the right way.

Well at the time the other option was to rack up thousands of dollars in bills. I think I made the right call.

I made an account just to give you my experience. Long time lurker.

Hang from a pull up bar for as long as you can in multiple sets every single day. Keep your feet barely touching the ground to relax your hip flexors. This will decompress your spine, similar to an inversion table.

I was diagnosed with a slipped disk that was pinching a nerve. The doctors wanted to cut me open. I said fuck that and looked into rehabbing it myself. After I found this method, I did it for about a week straight with any opportunity that I found. My pain went away entirely. I STILL do it every day to keep the pain away. It will also give you insane grip strength too. I have a door frame pull up bar now just to do this and it has worked wonders for me.

Your idea sounds great; it reminded me of a device I've seen that makes it super easy to hang by one's feet. You strap your feet in to a board that rotates around your center of gravity whilst horizontal, so it makes rotating yourself super easy. You don't have to be completely upside down, you can temporarily lock your angle at any angle. I imagine being completely upside down for too long probably isn't healthy, but it could be useful. I had wished I had such a device when I had some chest congestion because I imagined it would help, but I don't really know how much it really would have.

It's called inversion table. I believe this is really the key to recovery. See my other post.

Alot of the times, back problems originate from poor foot support, that'd one thing to look into. Another would be possibly visiting a chiropractor. Quite often they're able to straighten things back out, or at least can give some better input on what to do. Plus they won't break your bank, compared to an actual medical doctor. Might be worth a try

No. Instead he should go see an actual doctor. The back is extremely serious and you don't want some quack cracking it to "heal" it.

And there is definitely something to be said about that as well.

I have flirted with the idea of finding a chiropractor.

Chiropractors make shit worse. Find yourself an osteopath and physical therapist.

It will be very important to find a reputable one in your area, some are great but most I've run into are fake. You'll have to use multiple channels of information to sort through their horse shit but a good chiropractor is worth it imo.

No. Do you walk very much and active most days? If not, your muscles that are supposed to keep your body upright and stable are going to be weak as fuck, hence giving you back problems. You need to workout and lift

A word of caution on the chiro, my uncle was left with drop foot from visiting a chiro. He was there for a compressed disc and left in an ambulance paralyzed.

Get massages, stretch, lose weight, work on posture(see a chiropractor if you can), nd wear shoes that support your stature. Don't sit for too long at a time. Cbd oil, pot, fish oil, vit d and tumeric suppliments. Also add in coconut milk and oil to your diet. Also switch as much to eating healthy raw veggies as possible.

Source: am 30, have had back pain for a long time until I fid these things.

Edit: forgot to mention looking into your bed and pillows. Go to a mattress store and tell them what your issues are, tray any bed that they will let you have for 30 days and keep trying until you get one that works for you. My father has metal braces in his spine and a sleep number (glorified air mattress) helped him a hell of a lot but makes my back pain worse.

Copy that big time. My diet is completely unregulated so I imagine some of the crap that i eat doesn't help at all.

Dude, do a ketogenic diet for a few months. It helped me big time. Lost some weight and felt much better. It's not good for you to do permanently but if you can get disciplined about how many carbs you eat after a few months of none then you'll be much healthier for it.

The biggest issues are inflammation and furthering your damage because of pain pills. Id stop the steroids and pain meds and work on more natural ways to help. A good chiro saved me, that and the massages will give you the most relief. Good luck friend

Get that under control asap. This guy has got some great nutrition tips, and videos on ketosis. https://www.youtube.com/user/TheTdelauer/videos Look into CBD, which if you're in the united states, can be bought just like any other supplement in many places. If your pain is that bad perhaps even look into getting medical marijuana. This guy has got some great nutrition tips, and videos on ketosis. Foods with antioxidants may also help your back.

Back problems... Walk your ass off like miles a day in very minimal footwear. . Teeth. Kill yourself. There is no fix for teeth but money. Lots and lots and lots of money

Listen.

Chiropractors follow voodoo rituals to make things right. There are a lot of them that are absolute quacks and offer very little benefit, but you NEED to see one.

Whatever you do KEEP OPIOIDS OUT OF YOUR MOUTH

There are a lot of chiropractors out there that really do only focus on nerves, bones and joints, and who don't believe in mystical energies or whatever.
