Thank you for the serious reply. Im assuming a high pitch dog whistle like sound wpuld have the same problems as a subsonic sound?

It's a fun problem. A dog whistle like sound is a supersonic sound, so hi frequency instead of low frequency like subsonic. The problem with supersonic is that it is a form of energy that is so small and fast that it just goes through or bounces off of almost everything without affecting it, microphones don't even notice. The worst that supersonic can do when cranked to high energy output is heat stuff up. This heat would radiate from the device in a field and could not specifically target microphones. At least not without some SERIOUS engineering and money.

Thank you for the info. Gives me some good steps to do my own research.
