There are airborne poisons and other fabulously dangerous chemicals to be sure, but nothing strikes me as something that would be contagious in the true sense of the word, aside from maybe incredibly severe radiation poisoning.

But as @tossyokeys mentioned I think you're confusing poison with pathogen.

Mad cow disease is caused by prions, malformed proteins which convert chemically similar normal proteins into more of themselves. It is the closest thing to an infectious molecule which one can get.

Maybe radiation, sort of. If you stand next to someone/something that has been irradiated with gamma rays you'll 'catch' a dose.
