I agree; I didn't put my comment in proper context, but was finding hope in the prospect of their quitting. It's nice having them for a while, if for no other reason than to get a mental workout, which almost always deepens my understanding of my own positions, but it gets old. Plus, there's nothing like seeing them burn out or get scared and go back to working at Starbucks.
