That a first-world form of socialism 'could' work, where an A.I. instilled with a form of Asimov's '3 Laws' (but hopefully learned on its own somehow, else we could end up with V.I.K.I. from "I, Robot") would be the best way to ensure all the most basic, tedious tasks and resource distribution would be streamlined; in theory it would drastically increase overall (intelligent) human creativity and productivity.

The potential flaws of course are various problems (and even some good things) in human nature ruining the balance somehow, and the A.I. overstepping its' bounds. Perhaps a way to "vote in" adjustments to its' parameters, essentially a system like voting on laws at a local and regional level.

Kind of spitballing near the end there; it'll take a lot of work to figure something like that out, and we're still many years, if not decades or a century or two away from enough robotic advancement to properly come up with a new system of governance based upon it.

Until then, I'm still primarily in the ethno-nationalism camp.
