Make sure to check blocked subs. You can have it blocked and subscribed at the same time.

That was it. I somehow had ten subs blocked. Must've been from the touchscreen and not paying attention. Thanks Putt.

Have you accidentally blocked it?

I see FPH on /all, but I'm not subscribed.

If you subscribe to even one subverse that's all Voat will show you when you're logged in and not in any specific subverse. Maybe one day that will change. But if you specifically have /v/all in the URL bar you should be seeing all subverses.

Why the fuck should that change? That's what the "default" link at the top next to "all" is for.

You have "all" which is literally all. Then "default" which is what you would see if you were either not subbed to anything or not logged in. And then "front" which is what you are subbed to.

v/all and s/default return quite different results/pages.

/v/all does not filter based on your subscriptions, though it does filter any NSFW subs or subs where there is a minimum CCP to post.

I don't think any of these apply to FPH, so not sure what's up there. Might just be the algorithm.

No, it does not filter it out from v/all. Their posts perhaps got drowned out by the other posts on Voat.

To see only subs you've subscribed to, you'd go to your front page:
https://voat.co/new

Note the difference from v/all:
