Sweet! I like that enthusiasm!

  • Dawn Of Midi - Dysnomia This is an acoustic trio performing one looooooong snaking track. It's a post-Jazz thing with electronic and African trance influences. Sounds weird? It sounds great.

  • Tycho - Awake Really chill electronic. Sounds like a 40-minute car ad. (In a good way.)

  • 0181 - Four Tet Pretty weird electronic.

  • Igorrr Oh man. What happens if you cross baroque classical with breakcore and heavy metal? You get something unpleasant, but hilarious!

Want more?

I really enjoyed the first two. The last two... not so much. I actually recognise Tycho from somewhere, I'm pretty sure I've heard his work before. If you've got more, I'm all ears.

Alright, thanks for the feedback...

  • Syro - Aphex Twin Link is one song on said album. People tend to love Aphex Twin or hate him. Busy yet ambient electronic.

  • Primitive Radio Gods This is this artist's most well-known song. Sad downtempo from the '90s.

  • Endless Fantasy - Anamanaguchi Really happy, upbeat chiptune/pop/rock. Check the singles: Meow, Endless Fantasy, and Prom Night (in description).

  • Childish Gambino Again, one particularly nice single. Gambino is Donald Glover (known for his work on the sitcom Community)! He's in my top 5 favorite hip-hop artists. I had a really poor view of hip-hop as a genre before encountering his and MC Frontalot's work. They opened me up to the idea that hip-hop could be good!

  • Oh, and a wacky MC Frontalot song for good measure.
