Yes those!! My kids walk around eating those for snacks. We love those things. The way I do is cut out several big pieces of aluminum foil. I set one in a baking pan and lay the meat in the middle. Season it with season salt and pepper. Then add all the veggies that I love. I find it important to put red onion or sweet onion on top of the meat, then everything else. Then I season them. The sauce I pour over the top before wrapping it up can vary. I like the sweet Asian sauce with sesame seeds. Other days it could be A1 marinade or some homemade sauce. Wrap it up and move on to the next. I can fit three in each baking pan. I also add a piece of foil to the top. Let it cook on low heat. It will starve you to death smelling it all day but it is divine. When its done I just lay the thing on a plate and open it so that none of the juice escapes. You can eat on it for a couple of days
