Personally, I'm going insane with my job. I'm supposed to be a sys admin, but after automating 90% of my work I'm a glorified helpdesk worker. The first couple of years were fun for me because I had a massive pile of shit to fix, but now it's no good.
Unfortunately, my external debts make a requirement that I have to stick at this job (I'd love to just blow them off, but wife and all of that). I can't find anything posted in my region that pays as well, I don't have enough saved to move (and no, that's not something likely to happen soon).
So, obviously for me it's cash and a new pile of shit to work on.
What would get you to move to a new job?

Oh, shit... Sorry for blowing up your inbox - but look up Tau Manifesto. That's what I speak of when I say Pi is wrong. According to them, it's not wrong, per se, it's stupid and wasteful. They suggest Tau instead of Pi. It kind of makes sense, from my reading.

Ah, I thought you were talking about the square around a circle taking out infinite number of edges. That joke was out there somewhere, but it was funny as can be. I've heard of using tau, but will have to check out the tau manifesto.

Now you don't have an excuse to never look at it - you have the link ready for you.
Err... If you haven't noticed, I constantly strive to encourage people to learn and converse. It brings me great pleasure and I'm admittedly selfish in this area. I love to see people learning. It's not better than sex, but it's pretty high on my list of favorite things to do. So, when you get a few minutes, you may wish to read that. I promise, it's not too hard. You can absolutely handle it.
