Nay, we are fucked. I don't believe we'll go down with a bang, i.e., massive war, but civilization will go down the drain piecemeal, bit by bit, as can already be observed today, with localized tribal wars raging here and there, salvages invading the most civilized spots and outbreeding the locals, until most resources sustaining large scale population dwindle to the point that only scattered small bands of individuals might survive on civilization left overs... might last a few thousand years actually (our less evolved ancestors did survive as scattered small bands of individuals for millions of years before, been there done that).
In the best case scenario, most species do not last more than a million year or so, so there is that, and in that time frame, there is a non negligible probability of a massive asteroid or comet hitting the planet - against which we won't be able to protect ourselves, as we'll be too busy banging rocks together and/or fighting over whose imaginary friend is better.
