Yes, if they don't get a bit less swampy they'll be in some trouble. Unfortunately their going be be up against Democrat lunacy so there's not much motivation to change. The Republican party doesn't need to change much when the left will win the elections for them.

Latino's are socially conservative for the most part and so are blacks (ask Ca about gay marriage). No they don't need to change their rhetoric. They need to actually make good on their promises and stop allowing illegal immigrants to be funneled in. The core of conservatism works we just need to stabilize society in the meantime. Minorities are going to come around once they realize (any fucking day now) that the democratic party doesn't give two flying fucks about them. If Trump can get the economy moving he'll win over a lot of middle class black and hispanic voters.

By every objective measure he's doing better than Obama or Bush (both) so far. If he can sustain economic growth he'll be one of the best presidents in a long time by objective standards.
Subjectively it's all a matter of opinion.

Yes. They need to push out the neocons like Ryan McCain and Graham. They also need to push through the legislation that Trump promised. Full tax reform new health care law and build the wall.
