Naw. It sounds fun, but I think human testing should be used for those not fit for society.

That is the point of executions/life in prison, no? Why not put them to good use for medical purposes, including implants amd augmentations?

This is really good idea.
Human experimentation would really benefit the society as a whole. American scientific community benefited alot from human experimentation done in Germany and Japan during ww2

Exactly. I have been preaching about it for years, but people always get the "morals and ethics" shenanigans thrown about. Such a waste of resources.

Not only that, but those who complain about animal testing because the animals are innocent victims can't really say that about the folks who get this punishment.
