I know they do some things. Make license plates and a few other items, but why don't we use them for more things? Sort of like community service within the prison.

I understand that some will call it slavery. It doesn't have to be slavery, and it doesn't take away jobs the average joe is out looking for.

They can work within the prison in support of the society they stole from.

13th amendment: Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

It is slavery...its in the constitution.
