India and China would win big in this deal so that's obvious. The European block stands to gain from the setbacks likely to be faced by the USA so while they didn't directly benefit, they indirectly benefited. Also they don't give a shit about their citizens. The third world was standing with its hands out. Really this deal was the rest of the world agreeing to hamstring the American economy.

If true, every country was conspiracing against the US and failed.

I see why China and India love it though. Man Europe is already under austerity, then theyre getting another big wave of refugees. Like how are they going to afford this as well????

There are two ways to view the Obama presidency IMO. The first is Obama is secretly a Muslim/Globalist Agent and actively trying to bring about the caliphate/one world government (either motivation results in a similar set of actions). In this context, the deal actively sought to stop American hegemony while promoting the interests of the third world which is predominantly Muslim in fact the term was coined by a Muslim.
The other is that Obama was an American apologist (with strong Marxist tendencies). In this context, Obama was trying to bribe the world and restore America's "good" name.

As far as the Europeans, they don't care about their people. They care about corporate interests (namely banking) which require a population increase to farm debt. They don't care if all the wealth is transferred out of the hands of their people because it will end up in the hands of the globalists. They are actively trying to get the money out of the hands of the middle class because it is politically and economically beneficial to do so.
