These are all good points. When President Trump won, he was supposed to be a game changer. He was going to take charge, and Make America Great Again. It's obvious that hasn't happened yet, despite to some admirable, but minor, improvements. There's obviously a few forces, such as congressional cooperation and judicial rulings, that are holding him back from using his position to enact his vision of America. But, that isn't necessarily a completely bad thing.

While President Trump's campaign was admirable, it's important to understand that his promises are subject to other powers. The flip side of this, is that other presidents, and future presidents, will also have their influence limited. Sure, President Trump hasn't put the Clintons in prison yet. Then again, President Obama didn't manage to re-enact the retarded Assault Rifle Ban. This is just how things work, even without suspicion of malicious powers. And hopefully President Trump will live up to his name.

All-in-all, I'd say that President Trump is probably the most powerful and most influential that he's ever been in his entire life. He's officially the most powerful man in the world. However, his own party only begrudgingly follows him, and his enemies are many and vicious. So how much power does he practically have? Probably not enough to exactly everything he wants to. Then again, he has enough to do at least a little bit here-and-there. And that's probably plenty when you add it all up.
