I never did the whole club thing, so it feels like I'm missing out. Especially when like half the uni class to the "party events" or what you call it, that's organized by the student union.

I get it, but I'm not talking about going to random places. I'm studying at the top STEM university in the country, and the student union there occasionally hold parties for the students. I'm not saying that there are no degenerates just because it's STEM, but I don't think your experience with clubs fully applies here. i hope

Depends on the scene and the venue and the people. There's a lot of dumb stuff when it comes to the club scene. But it can be fun, but you certainly dont HAVE to go.

I've been to the club once, around 5 years ago at my female friend's high-school graduation party.I spent the night chatting with people, dancing a bit with her and her pretty friends, and yeah. Our group were the last to leave.

I feel like a graduation party isn't a typical club night, but I don't think any of us left with any shame.
