Archived I keep getting these messages about webpages I go to being translated, but they US sites and my browser is default English. What is this message for? (AskVoat)

Here I just got it on Twitter.
I think someone is using the translate function take take what I said in English, and then translate my posts into what they wanted me to have said in English, such as something that is totally the opposite of what I meant. For instance, translating the word "not" out of a statement like "I do not want that" so that the final statement that other people can see that would say "I do want that."
Here you can see I encountered a similar message when I was filming typos being remotely inserted into my Facebook posts in real time. I don't use fb anymore.
