Ok, let's first discard the ones that are actually feasible right now. Living in a developed country and having a reasonable job, it's very unlikely that I will starve to death or be killed by a drone or something. That leaves pandemic and nuclear war. Given that pandemics have actually happened before whereas we haven't had an all-out nuclear war, I guess a pandemic is most likely. Especially if we keep feeding every fucking antibiotic to animals in factory farms to let the pharma and food corps make money while destroying our potential treatments.
Especially with climate change. I have no doubt that humanity as a species will survive whatever climate change throws at it, but most of us will die in the process.
Unlikely. My death will most likely result from my reluctance to visit the doctor for more common ailments, or perhaps as a consequence of my drinking.
Robots may be more likely than you think. If they take jobs, you'll be left of lots of "unnecessary" humans. Guess what's can be used to kill them? At least in some countries.
never thought I'd make it past 25. the adreneline fueled lifestyle and risk taking I took would make one wonder how I'm still alive. I question it myself at times, and still risk my life making it through my workday.
If I make it to a ripe old age I would be amazed, otherwise my life will end due to someones careless fuck up.

If we avoid nuclear war then famine. There are already to many people ruining to many habitats and over fishing the oceans. The future looks bleak.

Very unlikely : I'm far too lazy to actually cause any of it.
