Moderators. Moderators should only be allowed to remove spam. We have a report spam function. All subverses should have a clear expectation of content, and there should be an interior system that can be used to transfer threads that are unsuitable from one verse to another.
Every message that is deleted should be saved and kept in a mod log where we can see the post in its entirety, who deleted it, and for what reason. Any mod that deletes a submission or comment that isn't spam should have their account deleted.

Eh. This website has just become an echo chamber like Reddit anyway. Won't be long until a new platform comes out and we all migrate there. You've just got to be ahead of the curve if you want honest open discourse.
