Magnesium: cacao seeds
Vitamin D: depends on where I am and the season. Sometimes I just hang out outdoors, sometimes I go shirtless. In winter far from the equator, I put a basking lamp by my workspace. You can get a basking lamp in a reptile shop.
That would probably be a good thing for me. But are you talking about the pumpkin seeds?
In the article I linked above, it says there were no changes in T between placebo and PS men. So if libido decreases, it's not due to decreased T.

5-alpha reductase inhibitors tend to reduce libido though I recall.
