Archived Anyone know good fiddle players who also sing and/or songs that are typically played and sung by a solo fiddler? (AskVoat)

Been listening to a lot of bluegrass and celtic music lately but I don't know about the greats or the history really. I'm interested in solo players/tunes where a fiddler also sings at the same time. Are there any notable players who did this a lot or notable tunes where this is often done?

She's not exactly fiddling, but it's good. How about Lindsey Stirling?

Not to be a dick but I regard that woman and the kind of music she makes as an abomination. Just my opinion.
Well, you can't just leave it like that. Explain.
