I wouldn't be surprised if sometime down the line they'd toy with 'having difficulty to load' certain websites that don't fit their chosen/ordered agenda, but thankfully for now the idea was mostly that websites could pay the ISPs for access to the "Fast Lane", which technically would still allow for other sites that didn't opt-in (like forums or Voat), just that they'd load at a (likely noticeably) slower pace.

so if we lost net neutrality it wouldn't affect web pages that much, just things like netflix that uses a lot of bandwidth?
