I tryed one at Costco that they had for like a month that I really liked, you had to keep it frozen and it had large slices of roast chicken and a decent amount of veggies and a very rich broth. Forget the brand name but it was labeled as Tokyo style ramen, it was the best I've tryed so far.
As far as instant ramen, this is my favorite, kimchi ramen. I get it at an Asian market that has an entire aisle of just ramen.
Edit: after a short search I found the Tokyo style ramen , good stuff do try if you get the chance.
