Mainly because the statement is false. You see, statistics don't lie, but all statisticians are liars. In their reports, they don't tell you things like same experience, same number of years in the workforce, same education level, etc... They just lump everyone together, add up the total wages, and compare that number. Now, they'll show you all kind of graphs and charts, and they'll make it look like apples to apples, but when you peel the skin back, you'll find oranges, and peaches, a few rocks, and some cotton candy. If possible, it is always best to look at the raw data, and make your own conclusions.

I think one of the biggest factors that usually gets ignored or hidden by statisticians is men on average work longer hours. The majority of part-time employees are women.

I was always taught; There are lies, damned lies, and statistics.

That's not true. I've linked a Freakonomics transcript where two female statisticians discuss the gender pay gap, and say that it's easily explained through factors like hours worked, career choices, etc. Effectively it's nonexistent in an apples-to-apples comparison.

The liars are the politicians, the Barack Obamas and Hillary Clintons of the world that look at two averages: all men average wages and all women average wages, and see a discrepancy of $0.23 in favor of men. They either don't think about the issue any deeper than that and/or don't understand it any better than the face value, or it's a convenient half-truth to present to further their agenda.

Statisticians generally LOVE to delve into numbers and tease out trends and comparisons, and the best and brightest can't be given to bias (statisticians also love to develop formulas that can be proven not to have bias, incidentally). It isn't the statisticians that abuse statistics, it's the people with an agenda to push.

But that's the epitome of equality, doncha know? Everyone gets treated exactly the same. But yet, when you control for a few factors (treat everyone with equal truthfulness), that gap completely and 100% disappears.

if I were to do it again, I'd definitely employ men. In fact, I'd probably employ only men.

Sums it up right there, totally redpilled.

I remember that shit.

On one hand, i was totally vindicated in my hatred for the stupid cunt drama I've lived through professionally. On the other hand, i was blown away and deeply disappointed in women and humanity. Overall it was a positive day.

Thanks for the the link. That was a good read.

I'm kinda surprised it was even published for the obvious reasons. I thought for a bit that it could have been an exaggerated (to the point of fiction) piece, but the level of detail of the bitchiness was almost a psychiatric diary post.

Be warned that if you ever cite that article in an attempt to educate someone, the reply will be simply, "The Dail Fail?? LOLOL!!" and it'll be dismissed out of hand.

They get paid less to cover HR department costs. Didn't need that with only male workers.

Milo Yiannopoulos and Christina Hoff made this exact point at a debate. That same debate was the one where that feminist hog-cow-clinton-fucking cuntbag flipped the fuck out about them spreading "hate speech" in her "safe space"

That's a good way to encourage hiring men over women. As usual, the fucking retards shoot themselves in the foot.

Sarah Brick once wrote an article about hiring an ALL WOMEN company. She regretted it.
Long story short, it was just an office of hormonal bitches.
