Yeah, this is one of the few cases where people knowing what genitals you have is relevant. I wouldn't want to drag the law into it because fuck the police, but a private FYI should be given in advance.

some jurisdictions have 'rape by deception' laws on the books. depending on how the jurisdiction's law is worded, impersonating a woman in order to have sex with men could legally be considered rape
