Ethically, yes. Legally, no.

Yeah, this is one of the few cases where people knowing what genitals you have is relevant. I wouldn't want to drag the law into it because fuck the police, but a private FYI should be given in advance.

some jurisdictions have 'rape by deception' laws on the books. depending on how the jurisdiction's law is worded, impersonating a woman in order to have sex with men could legally be considered rape

Then what retaliation can you have if they lie to you? Most men would want to beat someone nearly to death for that.

Anything that doesn't in turn break the law. If you find out she has a penis, stand up, get dressed, and walk out.

Gay dude here. While I'm not exactly entrenched in LGBT societies, I have been a part of some discussions on that and I do believe it's supposed to be a very big taboo in the transgender communities not to disclose (outside of the shithole that is tumblr, of course). Legally, they don't have to however.

IMHO it's something akin to rape.

So you would have consented at the time but afterwards you found out- you would consider that rape? Sounds like you are "retroactively withdrawing consent" which is something the SJW are campaigning for. Could you then apply that to straight sex- a women changes her mind after sex with a male partner? Where is the line?

Right? If I had sex with a "dude" who turned out to be some lesbian with a strap-on I'd be mortified.

Legally no, I don't think so. But morally I think so, if they have a dick or a pussy abs know that you are not attracted to whatever they have, then yes morally they should let you know.

Like everyone else said: legally, no. Ethically, yes. I wouldn't be thrilled if I thought someone was a guy and they had a vagina.

...really cant see who would put that restriction, and would enforce it. it, would be up to the people involved in the relationship, id say
