Well. It's not a gravity issue. Your body is basically a hydraulic system. That's why you have blood pressure.
It also only takes roughly 2 tablespoons of blood for a normal penis to get an erection, anyway, I believe.
Throw that in with the fact that your heart doesn't constantly pump in or out very much, if any, blood in that area when your erection is ongoing (think priapism), I'm going to say it's entirely possible.
Anybody wanna write to NASA? Just make sure it's a hot chick, not the diaper wearing crazy... Lol
Erections can be affected by many things, like stress. During space missions the astronauts work, a lot. And if things go wrong they work a lot more to keep on schedule. I'd say this specific case is more an issue about stress.
