No, because it's the theory itself that prevents an observer from reaching c. No Lorentz boost can reach c. It can reach arbitrarily close to c, but not c.

You don't have to try to understand the question. But you also don't have to answer if you have nothing valuable to add. I know sometimes people have better and worse days, but it does not entitle you to take it out on others who did not take active part in your bad day. Just think about it.

I'm giving you the correct answer to your question: that no observer can perform a Lorentz boost to c, thus that there are no observers travelling at c.
