Have you heard of Soylent? Research it (META. lol.) It is a food replacement powder that you mix with water. It supposedly has 100% of your nutrition. I have replaced about 1/4 of my meals with it. It tastes like pancake batter/cardboard but I actually enjoy it.

I tried 100% Soylent for a month, but I lost too much weight so I had to stop. Bummer, I actually enjoyed the taste as well, reminded me of uncooked pasta. It's a great idea, but needs to be combined with food.

Not too sure why we are being downvoated since this seems pretty much exactly what OP is looking for; Must be them faggots. How much weight did you lose? Was it muscle or fat? I have a 6 week stock laying around and was thinking of trying this since I could stand to lose 10 lbs or so.

I once ate only a bowl of tuna everyday at dinner. Mixed with some honey and mayo. Did this for two weeks. Didn't poop after day four.

Fried skin on potatoes will keep you alive pretty much indefinitely. They need to be fried because one of the only things potatoes don't provide that you need is a source of lipids.

From what I've heard, you want to make sure and use animal fat. Like, a baked potato with butter and/or cheese and/or sour cream. And you have to eat the skin, which is where most of the good stuff is.

Ya, the skin has all the micronutrients and the starch in the body is your main macronutrient.

Animal fat would probably be best if you really wanted to live off this, but your body can make what it needs out of almost any lipids.
