So far on my list on procedures done without any kind of anesthesia
Tympanic membrane cut open
Skull drilled and drained
Rotten flesh cut off and bones scraped from infection
Besides burning which I've had only severe 2nd degree burns of, I'm curious as to what form of pain I have yet to experience that doesn't categorize as severe

I'm not saying what you've experienced isn't severe, your list attests to that. It sounds pretty painful, but (somewhat) localized. I just can't imagine my entire body on fire, nor think anybody who hasn't is able. Everything, everywhere. Just, fuck, ow, no.

Nope I have no experience with full body pain, broken a couple of bones and stuff. My point is just I'm not seeing any evidence to either side, but my personal experience for a localized area is that once you get above a certain level, it's all indistinguishable
