Well, I mean, compared to what's going to happen... Yeah. Hell yeah. But it's still almost immediate.
Have you ever burnt yourself on a stove? Now imagine that not stopping. And it's your everywhere burning. For like 15-30s. That would feel like a fucking eternity, and I would rather take a gun. Personally. I cooked for too many years to go out like that. Lol

I had a burning marshmellow stuck to my finger, and yes it felt like an eternity. It just would not come off.

Oh, 30 seconds is almost immediate? I was thinking 2-3. haha
Yeah, forget that. I'd rather freeze to death.

Well, I'm sure it varies. I once saw a guy get several gallons of boiling water poured down his back, and he went into shock almost immediately. Like 10s of screaming before his body was able to protect him. On the other hand, I saw another guy trip and go elbow deep in a 400F deep fryer. Guy was cussing up a storm, stayed conscious and lucid until they sedated him at the hospital.
I would just guess that you've got about 15-30s of feeling before you get disconnected, cause fire isn't immediate y'know?
