They have actually found even more evidence of classified material and deleted emails. The russian DNC hack docs just added another set too. The closer to the election, the better the chance Obama can't tell his "justice" department appointees to drop the case. I think the FBI will wait until general election publicity is at its highest, so Obama cannot pardon her.

That would be epic. Good point about the Russian docs case. I can't remember if it was Assange or Snowden who said there is enough incriminating evidence in the leaks to indict her, but he also said they would probably not actually do it because of her elite status...

It was Assange. According to this article--

"Speaking via video link from the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, Assange said that there was enough information in the emails to indict Clinton, but that was unlikely to happen under the current Attorney General, Obama appointee Loretta Lynch."

Of course RT isn't that reliable, but I do think they accurately reported the words Assange said there.

Yeah, that sounds pretty accurate. Loretta Lynch is the one who let Lois Lerner in the IRS get away with blatant vindictive political targeting of conservative groups. She will do whatever Obama tells her too, illegal or not. I'm sure they are going to do it, the timing is the is key.
