I am not a fat. Keto has fixed my brain. You might eat whatever you want, but you also may be a spaz. Processed carbohydrates are something that fats and skinny-fats alike tend to defend tooth and nail, and while your metabolism may not slow down much, your ability to process the by products of carbohydrate metabolism certainly will. I eat when hungry, and I eat until full. I would never "count" my mouthfulls, that is for dead people and OCDs. The suggestion I made is a workable and simple method of keeping a lean healthy body, and your reply is beside the point.
So, enjoy eating your corn starch pasta and bread while you count your calories if that is what you want to do you spaz lol.

You've called me a spaz repeatedly, claim to know what I eat, and also make claims about keto that are scientifically unfounded. I don't eat like shit because I'm not a fat fuck. "Counting mouthfuls" is an odd description that proves your ignorance of calorie counting. Carbs are not unhealthy, you dolt. Enjoy fearing one of the three macro nutrients and keep gobbling all that fat. The bacon, ranch, and cheese diet is very popular amongst your kind. : )

Yeah fair enough, I was having fun saying spaz, nothing more - I do not know, maybe I am the spaz.
Truly though, you could have started a new comment thread and I would have left you to your business - my advice still stands wether you agree or not. And yes, bacon and ranch are far from "health foods".
Carbs are great sure, but man, have you tried cutting them out, at least the processed ones like flour? You feel amazing - I am becoming convinced that they are not necessary.
Point of clarification - ketogenesis seems to me like a state best enjoyed part time, perhaps month on, month off. Veganism is great for detox, perhaps alternating between the two...? I get cravings for vegetables...
And perhaps it is the male in me, but restricting diet seems like failing - the successful animal eats the most, no? mmm... lard and cheese, butter and mince... :) Enjoy your journey
