Call a gym and ask if they have a personal trainer available. If so, schedule an appointment with them. They will come up with your meal and exercise plan to get you where you want to be, then only you can make it happen from there.

Remember it's a science and if you do what they say then you will lose the fat in the same way that I know if I drop a glass it will fall to the ground. Trying to take short cuts and doing things like asking on the internet for advice is just you lying to yourself.

Look for "Scooby" and try to follow his plans then. He's the only source I know of that doesn't lie to sell protein shakes etc.
