there is more sugar in OJ than in most sodas.

drastic diet changes will not stick.

small changes. change a little, get used to it. then change a little more.

just like you aren't going to run a marathon today. but if you walk today and tomorrow evetually you will run a little then a little more. and eventually a marathon.

water is fine but you will likely get sick of just water. try tea, coffee and those little kool-aid like flavor packets. anything that doesn't have calories.

you can continue on your pizza only diet if you want. but it is just junk food and empty calories. if you like OJ then you likely also like oranges. try eating oranges instead of drinking the juice. eating fruit gives you fibre and slows the release of sugar. in OJ you are just drinking the sugar without the benefit of the fibre.

cutting out the 2 litre of soda cut 1,000 calories out of your diet. that change alone means you will be losing 2lbs a week. (3,500 calories in a lb)
